The Story Of This Course


This course has resulted from me personally teaching time management skills to 100s of people of all ages and from all kinds of backgrounds. I had the opportunity to train students, managers, assistants, scientists, teachers, gardeners, travel consultants, engineers, administrators, social workers and many others. In preparation for that, I took numerous time management courses myself and dove into time management literature intensely. I learned a lot from colleagues, books and my own experience. But I learned equally as much from all of my time management students - from what they shared from their life situations, settings and experiences, the strategies they succeeded with, their questions and doubts that prompted me to dive back into the source material to find answers to and their discussions amongst each other and with me.

I'm immensely grateful and excited to be able to share what I was given and worked for with you now and hope it helps you as much as it has helped others and myself.

I'm a psychologist and passionate about sharing uplifting and practical insights from psychology to help you empower yourself to do what’s important to you on the deepest level of your heart.

Life can be confusing and hard. I support people in making sense of themselves, and connecting with, unleashing and guiding their inner power. My approach is based on the idea that with the right mindset, knowledge and skills humans are much more capable of growth and happiness than we often assume.

I believe personal growth is the greatest adventure life holds for us - is there something else that can change the quality of our experience in such a meaningful way?
I have a diploma (master's degree) and doctorate (PhD) in psychology and 13 years experience as a speaker, teacher and coach on the topic of self-leadership. In 2019 I started sharing my content on YouTube.
